OUR APPROACH - Most agents spend a majority of their time looking for new business from the general public. We approach our business differently. We strive to dedicate 100% of our energy towards serving our past & present clients, solving their real estate needs, and advising them through each stage of the buying and selling process… This is accomplished through our commitment to earn your referral. This does not mean that we do not accept clients that are not referred, it just means that we focus our energy on our clients and not on searching for new business. By focusing all of our energy on our clients, they refer us to their friends & family with confidence.
With that said, we back up our words with three buyer guarantees:
1) GUARANTEED SAVINGS* – Part of our job is to negotiate the best price for you and we are willing to put our money on the line. You’ll save money using our expert negotiation strategies on any existing home listed for sale through the MLS or we will pay you part of our fee:

2) UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE OF SATISFACTION – Our business is based on the assumption that the people we do business with will be so completely satisfied with our work, that they will want to use our services again and that they will recommend us to the people they most care about. If you do not feel that way about the manner in which we served you, we will return to you all of our commission (our commission is paid by the seller at closing), or whatever part of it you believe should be forfeited. Our intention in making this pledge is to assure you that we will operate our business with your best interest at heart.
3) RESALE GUARANTEE – And if you are not happy with your St. Joseph area home after you purchase it, we will sell it for free. (Why would we want you to be in a home you are not happy with?)
